Qinhuangdao Tucheng Glass Technology Co., Ltd. (Shortened as “TCGT” hereinafter.) was established in March 2003, with company registered capital of 5 million Yuan and existing staff of about 220 people. Factory area of TCGT is about 15,000 square meters and office building about 3,000 square meters. TCGT has complete automatic processing equipment, basically realizing self fabrication and processing to ensure product quality.

Since its establishment, TCGT has been committed to design, production, and independent research and development, and was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Hebei Province in 2003.

TCGT's products are mainly divided into two parts:

The first part is the cold end equipment of the glass production line. The cold end equipment includes turnkey engineering of all cold end equipment except the online inspection system. There are cutting systems (of which, the cutting accuracy of cross cutting machine and longitudinal machine has reached the international leading level), stacking systems (including robot stacker, vertical stacking machines and horizontal stacking machines, etc.), roller conveying systems (among which, the highlight is the dust control system at the edge trimming and dropping section), automatic control systems and optimizing cutting systems.

In 2007, we started to focus on the research and development of the cold end of the photovoltaic rolled glass production line. At present, out of the 420 domestic photovoltaic rolled glass production lines, we supplied about 100 full cold ends, and about 160 lines use our cutting system.

The second part is the deep processing special tempering equipment (continuous tempering equipment, flat bending and combined tempering equipment), deep processing automatic line integration and corresponding equipment.

The automatic line integration equipment includes loading & unloading system, roller conveyor, accumulator, rotating device and high speed online automatic paper interleaving machine, widely used in domestic and foreign markets.

In addition, the cold end and deep processing connection scheme was firstly proposed in China, and it has been applied in well-known customers in China.

The common characteristics of these equipment are superior performance, reliable operation, reasonable price, convenient maintenance, and have won good economic benefits for customers. Some of the equipment has been exported to many countries and regions such as Finland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Albania, Serbia, Romania, Austria, Poland, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, Egypt, Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa, Iran, Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, South Korea, Australia, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Brazil and etc..
